Elements and Performance Criteria
- Confirm client requirements.
- Clarify stakeholder requirements.
- Negotiate engagement with the client.
- Fee proposal is discussed with the client and amended as appropriate prior to formalisation of the agreement.
- Scope of services to be undertaken within the contract is discussed and confirmed with the client, either directly or by delegation to a team member.
- Draft proposals are presented to the client, and client feedback is used to modify and improve the proposal.
- Design brief is finalised in compliance with stakeholder requirements and all documentation is completed to the client's satisfaction.
